It is know that Kilerciler House was built in 1884 by Hacı Mehmet Efendi. It is
located on the corner Kışlayanı and Akpınar streets in Musalla District.
The house which took form according to the gradient of both streets is exactly a
corner house. Its foundation walls are made of stone and the upper
floors are built by the timbet-framed system. It has got projections
and bay Windows on its two faces. It has got Harem Selamlık. The
entrance of Harem is on Kışlayanı Street, the enterance af selamlık is on Akpınar street.
